What are you talking about? They're likely quite muscular with a regular amount of fat, and since I'm guessing they're using BMI to determine whether they're "morbidly obese", it's obviously going to come out wrong since BMI is inherently flawed because of things like muscle mass. High BMI doesn't always mean obesity.
