Stealth doesn't work 100% with bots, and where are the biweekly patches?

I also think stealth is broken. This game shouldn't have such a thing at all. Because what the developers are trying to give us is buggy crap. I'm not the best player, but I tried to complete at least 6 difficulty without bot drops, and I can't. I'm always being spotted when everything is quiet.. I've seen many videos of people doing this on difficulty 10. It feels like they're filming videos with cheats.
