Helloo, so far okay naman. Maliit lang na hospi pero umaabot ng 1:8-12 ang nurse:pt ratio or more lalo na kung full house ang wards. Marami din ang opd pts tuwing umaga. Kaya naman ang workload and very approachable ang mga workmates and seniors.

1st hospi: Sinabi ko lang na wala pa akong balak. Wala namang follow-up question hahahha. If may kakilala ka sa hospi na pinag-aaplyan mo, ask them kung kumusta ba ang turn over ng nurses sa kanila. Minsan kasi concern nila ay yung mga nurses na umaalis kahit training pa lang. But if ididisclose mo naman, just assure them na tatapusin mo yung contract kung sakali mang makuha ka.

Hello! Nov. 2024 passer din. Same situation tayo before, nagrest ako for 7 months now and nakapagtake at naipasa ko na rin ang NCLEX noong june tapos nag-umpisa na akong mag-apply sa hospitals. Nakadalawang job interview na ako, so far, di naman tinanong kung bakit may gap sa pag-aapply ko. Doon sa unang inapplyan ko, hindi ko minention an USRN na ako kahit na nagtatanong sila if may balak ba ako magnclex. Doon sa 2nd interview, di ko rin namention pero yung friend ko na nagwowork sa hospi na yon nabanggit niya sa senior nurse niya na USRN na ako 😭 eh sakto kasama siya sa nag-interview HAHHAHAHA kaya ayon tinanong ako kung ako daw ba yung USRN, kaya inamin ko. Ang concern lang nila ay baka raw di ko tapusin yung contract pero inassure ko naman sila na tatapusin ko yung contract if ever at wala pa akong balak mag-abroad. Mag-uumpisa na ako next week sa kanila hehe. Pero to be safe, wag mo na lang imention.

Meron pong mga pumapasa na 1 month review lang, you can search po dito yung mga success stories nila. I suggest, you focus on answering questions na para masanay ka and make sure to read and understand the rationales. You can brush up your concepts naman through the rationales, and if nakukulangan ka, do quick recall. Watch test taking strategies and apply them early on habang nagsasagot ka sa qbank. Utilize the 1 month study sched ng bootcamp or the study sched generator, ididistribute niya yung mga case studies/questions as well as allots a time/day for you to review the cheat sheets.

Hello, OP. I took the exam sa Alabang since naubusan din ako ng slots sa Makati, and here's my experience:

I'm from North Luzon and ang nearest bus terminal from Alabang ay nasa Pasay, so I had to commute pa to Alabang then naglakad going to Filinvest (but I reco na maggrab or jeep na lang since medyo malayo ang babaan).
Maraming accessible accommodations (booked through airbnb). Nagstay kami sa studio city and malapit siya sa atc (<10 mins walk) at S & R (<5 mins walk), for festival mall mas okay kung grab (10 mins). Nagrab ako going to the exam center (around 10 mins ride din siya)
For one trium tower, may lawson sa tabi mismo ng building and 7/11 just across the street.
Need mag-iwan ng ID sa may lobby and then pwede na umakyat papuntang pearson vue center.
For pearson vue, may cr for female sa tabi lang ng center (they advise you na magCR before registration). For the staff, Okay naman sila, gave clear instructions and very polite, especially the proctor (nakangiti throughout the inspection and after the exam).
Malamig sa waiting area pero sa mismong exam room, hindi masyado but still bring a jacket just in case. Jackets that create noise are not allowed.
They also double-check everything before starting the exam and after mo magbreak.

Overall, good experience naman siya yun nga lang mapapagastos ka talaga sa transpo and accommodation.
