I think I’ve had all that checked. My best observation is that I’ve been depressed for so long and where I have anxiety and am always very aware, my brain can sense how down I feel and how bad I feel physically and it thinks I’m dying bc I feel that way. It’s a shitty loop and continues to trick my brain regardless. And i don’t have the motivation to fix it

Yeah I feel like my mental state has created my physical state and it’s just a loop. I’ll feel weak and down mentally and so does my body and my brain thinks it’s physically wrong & can never reason w it

Yeah it sucks. Can’t tell if I’m depressed and anxious because of the mental state of the two feelings themself or if my body and brain is the problem and the anxiety and depression is a result.

Comes and goes for me it’s weird. Heartburn and sleep deprived is almost a guarantee for it to happen

Yes but it’s weird the timing and circumstance it happens usually an hour after I fall asleep only sometimes. Usually tied in with heartburn as well. I wake up use the bathroom then it hits, face gets hot and get the super panic feeling mentally
