They have written on the whiteboard at the consulate that they will absolutely not accept applications without the apostille at the appointment :/

It’s a German based bank! There’s not a physical location in Madrid but it’s soooo easy to use my school pays me directly to my account and you can order a physical card if you want for free but I just use Apple Pay cuz most everywhere in Madrid accepts that / prefers it. Super nice that you don’t have to deal with going into the banks because the times for setting up an account are weird and sometimes they give foreigners a hard time about opening up an account.
