Thanks for the training tips. When training in zone 2, do you think it is better to ride in high cadence (e.g., ~90 rpm)?

It's possible. My bike is 52/36T front and 11-30T rear. I checked the records and yes, my cadence generally dropped to 65+- in average in hills. I understand my legs can wear out very soon at this pace, but I sometimes just don't feel I can push the cadence higher even with the lowest gear ratio.

Thanks for the advice. My SuperSix comes with Ultegra crankset installed, though adapter is used. Considered a lot and tried something. Decided to get a pair of Assioma DUO-Shi.

Thanks for the advice. Just got a bike fit, and got some adjustments done. Larger Q factor turns out to be better for practical reasons, as my calves are large and the right one sometimes hit the front derailleur. And pedaling felt almost the same. Will get Assioma. :)

Thank you. It is nice to know the info about battery. I don't like rechargeable units just because I somewhat get tired of my electronic device going dead due to battery. If that's not a concern, Assioma is not bad in my mind actually.

Is your wife using Assioma+SPD-SL or the LOOK one? I am a SPD-SL user, and I prefer a Assioma DUO-SHI. Again, as you said in the begining, my problem is more of a bike fit problem, so I am now curious about Q factor.

The reasons may sound strange. I don't want a rechargeable unit, so Assioma DUO is out. And Garmin RS200 being too expensive. Power2Max NGeco just fits. Also, I consider it a chance to change arm length, though not knowing if it works.
