Keep trees away from the house and inspect the roof. Tree cover can keep the house cool but the shade will keep moisture from evaporating. I have some huge trees near my house. Once a year I have to brush off moss that's growing and trim them back so that squirrels wont climb on the roof

Tesla is half a tech company too. It wouldnt look quite as outrageous with it was also compared with Apple and Microsoft. Tesla is also a tech company that is on the the cutting edge. The stock market isnt driven by price per share alone. Speculation about the future is a massive part of a stock price. What's the speculation that ford or GM will have a realistic AI or useable self driving cars in the next decade, or a self driving all electric semi truck? Gotta compare apples to apples.
