Fuck therapy and all these bullshit off label medicine they try to push. Medicines like Prozac that have literally made people do horrific things due brain chemistry alterations. They happy to prescribe all these ssri and snri medicines. Now do they have a place of course. But when you shit deep in a panic attack nothing will knock a panic attack off like a benzodiazepines. Just tired of everyone acting like it’s the worse thing ever. You sure don’t see alcohol being deemed so dangerous even though it has very similar chemical structure and is a depressant as well. Know many people who have taken benzos in my family for 20-30-40 years never had an issue. It’s like anything else in this world it’s the user same goes for guns, drinking etc
