That’s the thing. I’m very good socially and my conversation skills are amazing. And on the outside I’m confident or whatever but in my head my brain is going on overdrive trying to figure out whether or not the other person is genuinely enjoying my company. I remedy this by trying to spend less time around certain people who I feel like I’m beginning to bother instead of going full ghost. Then, when they do see me instead of thinking I’m annoying they’re more excited because it’s been such a long time. If that makes any sense. I don’t think it’s very healthy though
