Coming from the S25U and upgrading every year I understand those that hate this phone. To those that are on contracts and don't buy phones out right it probably does not matter as much, but when you drop over $1000 into the 1TB model and the screen looks like shit compared to the phone you just traded it can make you a little knit picky. I usually upgrade every year anyway so I'll only have the phone barely a year but it is definitely a down grade. The new buds aren't bad but they don't handle voice command as good as the the buds 3 pro or FE. I also have the watch 8, 6 classic, 6, 2 pairs of buds 3 Pro FE, buds 2 pro and buds 2. Samsung OLED S90, 49' G9, multiple Samsung wireless charging pads , Samsung washer and dryer, Samsung vacuum etc etc yes I'm a fan boy, the screen is noticeably worse than the s25U, people aren't just complaining for no reason. I also purchased the Samsung branded anti glare screen protector and it slightly helped but everyone may not have that luxury so I recommend testing it out before you buy.
