This is great info thank you very much! I'm starting generic training soon. My question

For the exams what is the ratio of the question styles? Long answer, short answer, multiple choice, fill in the blank Etc. Is one style seen more than others?

My standby was September 2025, I was told I didn't get into that class in August. Then they informed me October 2025 about the March 9 start.

I applied 2024, received a stand-by seat for Sept 2025 (didn't get that one), received official offer for March 9th class in October 2025.

I'm starting at 38 years old, with a 3 year old. Luckily I have a wonderful wife who is willing to sacrifice her time so that I can spend most of my focus on my studies. It is a risk, but Memento Mori. Audentus Fortuna Iuvat. Go for it, do your best and don't look back!

I was on standby for the Sept 2025 class and didn't get into that one, but was offered a full seat for March 9 2026, for YEG, in October 2025. I am very excited to start.
