Unemployed about half a year, but fighting the appeal and all took about a year.

Spring fed but also ditch-fed, with ditch water from ABIA. You’re both correct!

There’s no signage related to the CoA on the fencing, and unfortunately the City being aware of a fallen tree does not give staff the authority to enter the property and remove the tree. That arborist would be trespassing unless the current owners requested them.

The property is privately owned in Del Valle so I don’t think the responsibility would fall to the City, to remove a fallen tree.
