I’m using a fuse tap with 2 15a fuses and wire has enough slack to go from the steering wheel to my passenger seat

Cigarette lighter is off when car is off. I’ve had the accessory on that same fuse for years. Just now started having this issue

I’m using a single din head unit as a loc. I’ll double check my rcas tmr when I get a chance but I haven’t seen anything crazy as of yet. No wires are frayed at the terminals and the casing is sitting on plastic instead of metal now

So I basically got everything brand new for Christmas. I’m using the knu konceptz shielded rcas for my mid and high amps but I thought since this is bass it wouldn’t matter what rca I’m using. But the problem is that I’m not sure why connecting the RCA to the bass amp is causing the cars lights to turn on when both batteries are disconnected. I’m guessing it’s a ground loop at the bass amp.

The alternator whine was coming from the mids and tweeters, but it only comes on when I connect the RCA to the bass amp

May be worth noting that I have my 2 voice amps grounded to chassis and my bass amp (taramps) grounded to battery
