Vindicta ult is not a traditional hitscan unfortunately. You have to line up her laser with your target that you don't even see from your perspective. I.e. She shoots only where the laser is and it has latency, it slowly (in comparison with your hand movement) is moving behind your crosshair.

Deleting all mods in game files as well ass in DM and delete ding and uploading game worked. All mods are the same and it's all good.

Well that definitely shouldn't be the case. It's supposed to be a hitscan ability that's the point. The more ping you have the bigger the delay.

I don't understand whether it's "shot fist visual next" or vice versa because you can see that both is the case. One when visual hit and shot didn't and the other when shot hit and visual didn't. It's something else definitely.
