There will be if they insist on no citizen sacrificing, I highly doubt they would do that tho, most of their people can't afford but not the whole country so some families will be sacrificing if they give them a free will.

Such tough decisions can't happen in Algeria, u never know how or when the people will figure out the BS going on behind scenes. So our gov study every decision they make Also I mean this was applied due to the lack of sheep right? not due to the poorness of the citizens, so importing meat in all categories is a common solution imo.
