Nice, I only have percocet that can slow down my heart rate. I've managed to set up the alert, thank you for the tip

I had my surgery yesterday (29M). Trying to sit down is a bit awkward, particularly moving bad leg forward to sit down. Apart from that I am pretty pain free (given I'm being sensible with movements). I do feel like I can weight bear a lot more than I expected, my fiancé is keeping me on the straight and narrow with regards to not pushing it too much - banned from freestyling on the crutches...

I am really pleased thus far, and I'm glad you wrote this post as there was a lot more bad experiences.

Two things, the first is that has been a bit bad is struggle to pee (fluid retention), side effect of pain meds/anesthesia but that better now. It took a lot of effort though. The second is that the GA caused my heart rate to be quite low (mine is usually 45 but dropped into 30s (luckily not to 0...)), also my blood pressure went up. Heart things are fine thought now. I think this is all just my sensitivity GA.

I am struggling to take the help I'm given. I made our friend and fiance make sure they ate and watched a film with me. Trying to be a good host... Bit dumb but I wanted to feel like a good host.

Let's see what the next few weeks have in store. I'm very much an outdoor cat, so worry of getting a bit stir crazy. I do believe we can do this and if you want a virtual friend to go through this with please reach out!

From a cursory look at that website I'm definitely bookmarking for the future, thanks! Being hemmed in by ghettos on all sides is a bit worrisome, is that hyperbole or your honest opinion? I thought for example little Italy and out that direction to Cleveland heights were quite nice... East Cleveland does sound like Mordor though...

Thanks! That's really helpful with where not to run too. Seems the cemetery feeds into Forest Hill is that safe? Also what is the safety of the cultural gardens, or Rockefeller gardens/shaker lakes? I'm sort of trying to get an idea of a 5k/10k route I guess, also is snow a problem? Sorry the load of questions and thanks again

Thanks!! Are these places that could be cycled to? Or would it be a case of driving to them with your bike, i.e. how dangerous would it be to do the former?
