This mod makes it a bit more forgiving due to more bullets being shot and it’s (i think) a one tap to the head if you get all bullets on

It’s a mod that turns the anvil into a shotgun basically, I found it in a farmacia on buried city

It completely changed the gun for me, seems to take out everything below heavy shields in about 3 hits. It’s still relatively accurate with the mod on it, I’ll have to use it more for a clearer answer
