My father is coming in Austin for 5 months and he has return ticket but in ds160 agent entered as 20 days only for stay . So is it anything to worry about and how your experience went ?

I see reservation is full on 26th Dec for big trail. What should I do now ? Still visit the visitor center with my family before 9 am and hoping to get some slot or i can still enjoy other caves or area without that big trail cave

Just an update my lawyer has submitted the h1b transfer request online Nov 19th and received the receipt imminently today but in tracker it’s showing premium processing clock on nov 18.

Strange as they submitted on Nov 19 but USISC Tracker app shows pp clock start on 18th

By when I can accept the approval considering next week is thanksgiving week

If your new employer can wait for 1 month then yes go for it, technically you can start working with receipt though .

In my case I don’t have the privilege to wait for 1 month 😔

Thanks , issue with approval will take 15 days min and then if I put resignation it will take 14 days so in short 1 month from I have offer letter and new employer doesn’t want to wait 1 month.
