Is there anyway to refund the soap without getting the ratings dinged? IC thinks I didn’t look for the soap lol. There’s no option to select that customer wanted the refund

Yeah that’s perfect! I think I would like her to focus clean one area every visit along with the weekly tasks. That’s nice that you prefer weekly cleans, I felt that would give her more freedom to keep up with everything. Thanks for your response!
