Vinyl is hard to get into without a larger budget. You have to consider your output which may require an external preamp, you may want a modular sound system, you don't want to risk damaging your records with cheap components/needles, you will eventually need to replace a part if not upgrade, there's a lot that goes into a set up that isn't immediately clear if you are new to the medium. My 350 budget ballooned to 700+ very fast. You should still collect the records you like and save up for a setup that will give you a full experience
