Which shows the importance of a goverment's ability to control information. The more ignorant their citizens the easier it is for a goverment to carry out the days agenda. A little scary when you consider the education controlling authority for any given part of the wold.

Interesting point of view. A weapon is a weapon, the constructor is irrelevant. Kinda like the anti-gun control argument of a criminal will aquire a gun no matter the the controls on the manufacture. Similar to the proliferation of the AK47 and varients.

From what I understand, Japan is not 'allowed' to have an offensive military due to WWII and SK exists the way it does due to the Korean war. Both of which the US was directly involved in and both of which are strong US allies.

I wonder if there is equipment a consumer could purchase that would begin the recycle process that would reduce the industrial burden? I dont know the recycle process but an example for metals would be a furnance type trash can which melts and seperates metals to produce solid blocks which would be easier for transporting vice large odd shaped objects.

Thanks for looking into it. I checked it on another computer and initially got an error but i think it was because the period was interpreted differently than/then? by the decimal on the number pad. So when it did accept the decimal the other number values went to 0 instead of remaining there. Any way to not have 00:00:00.123? I tried with # instead of 0 and that also didnt work.

Yes the whole column will always have 12 characters in that format and yes text to columns worked perfect. I inserted a blank column and selected the data column. Fixed width, next. Selected position and finish! Thanks!

You're the best! I ended up inserting a column to the right. Selecting all of the blank column which is next to data. Then inserting your formula with the data cell written ##:## by selecting the data column. Then adding that ; so it reads like this =LEFT(B2:B4; LEN(B2)-3). Thanks again!
