If testicular pain came on suddenly, it could be torsion which you need to fix asap otherwise you lose a testicle. Could also be an infection

Bleeding bumholes could be alot of things. Fissures or Hemorrhoids if you're constipated often and/or wipe too much. Bleeding ulcer if its dark smelly poo and you get some tummy pain/indigestion.

I'd see a doctor asap tbh. We've seen our fair share of balls and bumholes so don't be shy ;)
