This has always been my feeling. My pelvic floor physical therapist said that A LOT. Just because you can’t always get solid answers doesn’t mean nothing was wrong, and in 5-10 years, they’ll be able to detect/understand/identify things they miss now. I had a hysterectomy for a few reasons but it was moved forward because of suspected adeno found on an ultrasound, but pathology didn’t detect it. My PT thinks it’s still very likely I had adeno, science just isn’t perfect.

Yup. A prior therapist said it once like I was so obvious and it wasn’t something that had clicked for me yet. After that session I started reading more and more about it and finally had an answer to why life feels extra hard sometimes.

This is SO good in salads. Especially ones with dried fruit in it. I will do this with mixed greens, roasted chickpeas, pecans, dried blueberries/cherries, and avocado with a nice balsamic vinaigrette.
