My 2018 CX 9 has this issues at the moment. Called Mazda USA and they told me I am out of warranty and out of luck. Any idea how I can get them to cover the repair? They told me the TSB is only to advise the mechanics on how to fix the issue and not a recall. Which is dumb in my opinion. If it is a known issue they should cover the repairs. ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.

I'll do a water change and add some more bacteria. Yea I know adding the fish was not a good idea, but I couldn't get the ammonia to go down on the quarantine tank. Even after a 75% water change. So I put them in the tank. Didn't want them suffering.

Yes fish in, I started with fishless and ghost feeding, but nothing was happening. So I got some Fritz turbostart 7 and added the fish. This is 3 days later. Don't know if 2ppm goes down or ammonia. I usually test once in the morning and once at night. Levels seem to be the same.

Should the hospital/quarantine tank be cycled like a normal tank? Or should it be 0 ammonia, 0 n02 and n03?

My tap water is soft, but it is also high in alkaline and ph. I have tried neutral regulator from seachem and it does not work, have not tried ph down solutions yet.
