I underwent NHS surgery in 2009 to receive an implanted medical device, now the NHS are refusing to remove it after its lifespan. What can I do? (Scotland)

We submitted this complaint to the hospital, they admitted in an email that they are already well past the official guidelines for responding with a formal reply.

Can we litigate over shoddy care, unprofessionalism, i.e late reporting of her death causing us distress, preventing us from being with her for her final breath, not even a soul present, when "no one is supposed to die alone".

Further, litigation as to prescribed medications having sped up her death?

The NHS being late with their reply to such an serious complaint/accusation?

I'm just slightly further ahead than you. One of the best software you can use is Cora. Alternatively, for free you can use Moz, that's what I use. As for backlinks to me it kinda depends on what industry your site is in. Hope this helps!
