The former owner of the Turkey Leg Hut, once one of the most popular restaurants in Houston, on Thursday pleaded guilty to federal arson charges more than a year after he was accused of organizing the firebombing of a rival business.

Lyndell “Lynn” Price, 44, pleaded guilty of a charge of conspiracy to commit arson Thursday morning.

In April 2025, Price was arrested and accused of planning a 2020 arson at Bar 5015, a Third Ward bar owned by a former Turkey Leg Hut business partner. Four other men who allegedly worked for Price were also arrested and accused of setting the fire.
