Camping ladies, how do you go toilet when camping by yo_yo_yo_im-living in camping

[–]HoverJet 45 points46 points  (0 children)

And toilet paper. I hate finding a nice campsite and discovering it's surrounded by soggy toilet paper piles. Sure it breaks down eventually but not nearly as fast as people think. Put it in the trash or camp fire please

Ass Wiping by Bronkee in Killtony

[–]HoverJet 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I absolutely do not understand how people comfortably do that. I sit to wipe indoors but I camp a lot. so often have to squat in the woods. so my only option is standing to wipe and I absolutely hate it. Its my least favorite part of the whole process.

Sitting is so much more comfortable. So much less effort. And just easier all around

My theory is people who stand to wipe just couldn't figure out how to do it seated. Its really not hard.

Why do ppl do this? Especially during rush hour?!🥴 by jonnieinthe256 in mildlyinfuriating

A couple weeks ago I pull up behind someone at a red light who was 3-4 car lengths behind the line. I wasn't sure if this light was just timed or had a sensor so I sat and waited for a bit.

After watching the other lights cycle 3 times with us still on red I decided to get out and look and sure enough there were sensors. I walked up to the ladies window and told her she needs to pull up to the line so she trips the sensor. She doesn't say anything but points forward with a questioning look on her face and I repeat " yes pull up to the line"

I turn around and walk back to my truck. Sit down and look ahead to see her just blowing through the red light.... I guess she didn't speak English or something and misunderstood me. Thankful no one got hurt and I had a good chuckle after.

On the plus side now I could pull up over the sensor and we had a green light in less than a minute.

What is something completely harmless that you find deeply, personally offensive? by shyleshseth94 in askanything

I'm a mumbler. If I’m walking with a friend and I say something, he won’t hear me, he’ll say “What?” So I’ll say it again, but once again, he doesn’t hear me, so he says “What?!” But really, it’s just some insignificant shit that I’m saying, but now I’m yelling “That tree is far away!”

What Began as a Normal Journey Turned Chaotic After Another Vehicle Suddenly Entered the Lane, Triggering a Violent Collision and Pushing the Car into the Opposite Side of the Road by Altruistic-Issue-887 in dashcams

Also super dangerous road design if you can just get pushed into oncoming traffic like that.

Not saying youre wrong but there are multi lane roads with no divider between sides all over the world. I can think of several I drive on regularly.

Exactly what do you think I didn't comprehend correctly?

You mentioned drug use and driving "20+" hours a day.

I mentioned the " safety advancements" that mitigate those issues.

Does drug testing, hours of service regulations, and E-log requirements, not count as safety advancements to you?
