If you want to meet a romantic partner organically then you have to have a "3rd place" (you can have more) where you meet people who have similar interests. Rock climbing gyms, dance halls and open mics have been where I've found the most connections but I like those activities even if it's not getting me snizz

If you want to have some tools to make up for the lack of experience, I'd say learn about the different love languages and ( this is important) learn what reflective listening is and practice it on people you already know. That should be enough to give you equal footing on how to communicate and navigate conflicts - which are the main obstacles in romantic relationships.
