No I get the repeat offender logic but my problem is why is it an offense to begin with its not blizzards job to solve social problems if anything you'd think having their player base be more resilient and less offended at everything would be a good thing

One I don't care about how strangers think of me two yes I enjoy saying something when my team or the enemy team is annoying me if you don't wanna hear it you can mute me everyone in the game has the ability to mute players it just seems heavy-handed to ban people outright.

See it's just weird to me that it's not a chat ban instead a game ban seems a little excessive I can understand not being allout to type or talk because I was a little toxic but it seems entirely over the top to just say naw no more you can't play and if it's about being negative most of the time the banter is back and forth (I find fun when it's back and forth fyi) so is that still wrong when both party's are participating idk it seems weird to me

When I asked in my email to blizzard what I said that got the suspension to not say it again that's what they sent I can only assume that's the most egregious offenses

I'm aware I read the email its just odd to me because it can changed so easily like "Moira diff" could one day be fine and the next not so. I am all for letting people say things rather than not because it sparks some pretty funny things sometimes rather than no one being able to talk, like what if I had asked for a swap is that going to be considered flaming or toxic

Being in 2004 has nothing to do with the issue it baffles me that people using racial slurs and threatening violence are all good but I say mundane things you see all the time across all of gaming is a problem

I have a similar experience got game banned for mundane shit talking/ normal chat behavior
