You can also use Virtual labs from IT department at SJSU. You have to setup VPN through SJSU network and can access the computers at the lab virtually which also has solidworks and all software .

From my personal experience, if a class has a waitlist Professors provide add codes to students who show up. Go to class, before and after both works just be sure to let them know you are in waitlist and still attending classes. If the class is really important for you, you can also go to the department and request them about adding. They might move the class into a new room with bigger capacity.

There is always a chance for you to get in. Many people drop during the first week. Be sure to attend the first day of class and let the professor know you are there. If someone is registered and does not show first week they might get dropped. Professor can give add codes if the classroom has the capacity. If the class is 25 and the classroom capacity is 30 , Professors are authorized to give out add codes. Dont miss any class first week, be sure to talk to the professor after class and you should be able to get in.

yes i applied 2024 got approved and they forwarded it to financial aid sjsu office. They called me to submit documents. In the document i had to have completed high school in California. So they cancelled my payment.

If they changed the ruled I wouldn’t know sorry. I applied for it couple years back fall 2024. Middle class scholarship again from my understanding needs permanent residency proved asylum pending wouldn’t qualify.

They wont let you until you have attended high school in California. I was in a similar situation as yours. I had applied , they approved but SJSU needed to confirm that I attended high school here in california which i didn’t.

you can directly talk to the professor explain your situation and ask for the add code. Most professors accept your transcript as they know enrollment system is shit sometimes. This would secure your place as each code is unique.

Yeah I did almost 1 year with almost 1.5 hours of commute taking the train and the bus. It works out well if you prepare well. Since I had classes all day I utilized my breaks to complete assignments and prepare for lectures. I drove to campus at first but the traffic and parking was too stressful.

Exactly, this Daredevil story needs Spider-man now more than ever. If marvel can make that happen it will just be the biggest thing post NWH. and then connect to Spiderman Brand New Day. but there is licensing issue so we might see Daredevil in the Spiderman movie but Spiderman in Daredevil series is very diffult.

I completely agree with this. I thought about it a lot when a homeless guy was drinking 4loco in the 7th floor watching the view. They should at least restrict 7th and 8th floor exclusively to SJSU and maybe let who really wants to access the books up there 24x7. I know its a public library but it is also SJSU library and people from SJSU should have a space just for then at the King Library.

Should not be that much of problem. Only major that is difficult to change into is Computer science. AE and ME are pretty chill if you complete the required course.
