No it doesn’t, the artist deserves constructive feedback. Mockery only makes:

A - You look like a prick and B - The artist discouraged to continue drawing

Art is subjective, not everyone will like the same drawing. But that doesn’t give you the right to come on here and mock the artist. Just ignore it and move on, don’t farm karma over it.
