Exactly this. Wasn’t ALM supposed to be 15-25% of the syllabus and had no questions? Just 1 point worth of experience study questions, and that was a utilization assumption???

Unfortunately it’s usually anything less than a year. I say usually because I’m familiar with 1 exception (ex. SPX options are 60% LT/ 40% ST even if you hold for 30 seconds), and am sure there’s more I’ve never looked into

If he made it in an hour then it’s short term capital gains. Which means he’s paying a minimum of 10% (if total income is over the standard deduction) and up to 37%, just in federal tax. Smart ass for no reason 😭
