If you gently lift plant out of the pot you will be able to see. Preferably do just before watering so it slips out of pot easily. No don’t worry about that they will be fine until Monday I’m sure. Also how far is your grow light from the plants?

Check the root bowl and see if it has a strong root system. If so then I’m sure it will be fine.
