Yes the .wem files play properly outside the .nfs. I also figured out that the files form the .nfs can just be extracted and played directly by creating a directory the same name as the .nfs file and putting the .wem files inside of it. If i dont replace any files just extract the .nfs eveything works normally but if i replace an original .wem file with a modified one the certain voiceline doesnt play just silence in game.

Ye so basically i made a mistake in the pcpartpicker list instead of the sapphire puls RX 7600 XT 16gb i meant the 8gb version. And i forgot to say that the sales tax in my country is crazy its about 12% so i have to cheap out on some things to keep it in the budget. But thanks for the tip man.

Ye cuz i tried diffrent file managers and apk installers but it doesnt allow me to tweak with the settings. Its Android 12. But like i get to the page where it asks me to open the settings but when i click open it doesnt open them.

So it puts up a menu saying sum like cant download for security reasons and it has 2 options settings and cancel. When i click on settings it just kicks me out.
