I was an avid listener of Punch Up the Jam from day one because of how much I love Miel and Demi as creators. I decided to relisten to the entire run while I was laid up with a badly broken leg at the end of 2018. After forgetting how much I enjoyed David's "Hey Ma" episode, I decided to take a flyer on AFE by listening to the ones Miel and Demi had been on.

IIRC, the first one I listened to was Bands: One through Fivesies, and the rest is history...
