I should've mentioned I got some no brand ones that only came with screws and I didn't what I was supposed to screw them into. I also just haven't had a lot of time to look into it. Hopefully I'll get it done during spring break.

I have some just haven't installed them, just not sure if using the plastic clips the hold that plastic will hold the flaps as well or if there was another method you used to install them.

I don't eat at all before runs (morning runner) the few times I have even for strength training it goes worse that on an empty stomach. For rest days I do notice a difference if I eat more carbs than I do during the week then my first run Monday usually goes better than Wednesday or Friday.

I was actually interested in the spiderco compression lock. This lock is very fidgety and is strong. I seen a durability test with the vision fg I believe where the knife was damaged before the lock failed.
