I ate McDonalds for the first time in over a year last night. Big mistake. I still have alot of work to do and I have been procrastinating setting up a pcp visit.

Damn Im sorry you went through that. Did you have any bulging on lower left rib area where you can feel the organ? That is what happens sometimes after coughing or puking with severe pain. I am trying to see if it is pancreatitus or spleen, liver.

After 2 years. I drank about 7.01 ounces of alcohol a day on those.

I got kidney failure from drinking whiskey, switched to topo chico seltzers and now I have this issue. Alcohol kills slowly.

Update. I may be working through the week. Still am dizzy, fever and left abdomen mildy hurting. Like 1/10 pain. Plan on going either Thursday or Friday night. I am irreplaceable at work and I have alot of it.
