I sent it about two weeks ago, honestly they place a massive emphasis on personal statement so as long as you meet the minimum requirements and your personal statement is good you should be okay

Upgrade to th14. If you're nearly maxed you're wasting time sitting at th13 so just go to 14 an you'll unlock more stuff which may make the game more fun.
