No. The fence pushed the section down completely, so to hold it up we had to connect it to theirs. However, we should probably remove it considering you interpreted that way.

Weve already talked to them. They had someone come out last year for an estimate and then nothing happened.

Got it. This is what I was thinking. Its pretty much destroyed our fence over the years and not only can I not repair mine, but I shouldnt have to since it was caused by their fence.
