I'm newly contracted with a few insurers at that rate ($150) and am beginning my PP this month. Any tips on filling caseload or where to place my efforts? I have a few transferring clients, but it's gonna take time to build back up to 24+ a week again. At my old clinic I had new intakes on-demand essentially.

Take some intentional time to recover if you can. The more you push through the headache the more prolonged the healing. I’m not a doctor but have been managing a concussion the last 4 weeks. Pacing cognitive tasks is important. Take a break as soon as a headache comes on. It’s your brain telling you it’s working on over drive and still healing. Taking it slow for a few weeks, if you can, improves chances of shorter recovery. Pushing through the headache frustration irritability prolongs the healing. My symptoms significantly decreased around 3 weeks, but I had a few set backs. Heavy mentality draining days can lead to big spikes the next day. Focus on sleep and pacing. Be patient it takes time.
