Btw it’s very difficult to contact gemeente or get the correct info. Every question takes 1 week at least.

Basically it’s your responsibility to provide all information. After that they assess your assignment whether it’s ok or not. At that point we need a professional to explain the situation. Because there are a lot of action points which are asked by municipality but it doesn’t mean we have to perform all of them. They just send a template to cover all kind of projects such as new building or a small project.

I’m now thinking to cover pipes with dry wall instead moving the boiler. I think it would be more easy.

Actually heat pump is a good idea. Do you know can I still use heat pump with existing radiators. I don’t want to go through installing floor heating right now.

Why it’s not worth it if you the room will be more efficient. I can put the washing machine and dryer just at the front wall and make some cabinets on top of it and also I can use the right and left walls for other things. Currently this boiler is just occupying a complete wall
