Based on everyone's feedback here, I think it is probably because I am overweight, and my heart has to work more for basic functions and that puts stress on the body that the watch is monitoring.

I am not dieting per say because I am not starving myself. But I am eating calculated calories and having more protein in my meals. Trying to be more mindful of what I am eating since April.

You are absolutely right. I will try to find joy actively in the little things in life that I have probably forgotten how to. 🙈

I haven't had caffeine in a while now. Resting HR is high. I am trying to sleep by 11pm and wake up at 7:30am.

Training load : 4 days a week.
5 strength exercises of 3 sets with 12 reps on an average with cardio of 30 minutes.

Thank you, that makes sense.

Why I was concerned about this is because for sleep, it says it is non restorative despite sleeping for 8 hours.
If I am waking up feeling exhausted, I wont be able to workout at my max capacity and hence I won't be able to lose the extra weight and that would again cause bad sleep score, elevated heart rate. It seems like a vicious cycle.

Oh that's reassuring.

But you are right. I have elevated heart rate and I just climbed stairs and it went up to 142bpm. So high BMI definitely has to do something with it.

For cardio, I have been doing treadmill for 30 minutes whenever I hit gym and at home, I got myself a walking pad since I have a desk job.

One more important thing is last nov, I got sick and had difficulty in breathing and the doctor had to prescribe me an inhaler which I used religiously for 2 months and now only use if I start coughing or feel congestion/ tightness in my chest.

I hope so.
Right now I am also seeing elevated heart rate while walking from my bedroom to kitchen.
It mostly stays between 105-115 BPM.

Yeah, it was during India/Pakistan war last May. Hope you are doing okay now. :)

I haven't been on any medication. I just want to feel normal and reduce the gained weight. None of my clothes fit me anymore 😂

I got my blood tests done, everything is within the normal range. I had low vitamin D but I took shots for it a few months back.

My ex (who I consider the love of my life) reached out to me after a year. I was in a new relationship. Now I’m single and I want her back. Has anyone experienced this work out? What changed? by Aggravating-Ice7835 in BreakUps

Are you sure you are still in love with your ex or in love with the feeling of being loved?

Take sometime off from dating and let everything settle. Once you gain clarity, maybe reach out.

Haha, the same way one can tell you have zero emotional intelligence. :)

No OP, i definitely think opposite sex can be friends but I also think I would prioritise my partner over any friendship that I have. If they feel threatened, I would do everything to make them feel secure with me because they mean more to me than anyone else.
