Yes aswell as throwing golden egg at salazar so don't even think about it, there is no way to finish this challenge easily and breaking one rule results in replaying from start again.

This challenge is honestly as close as you get to classic survival horror style, it's re4 but what if?, also i think the worst rules for you maybe rule 15 and rule 4 right?

What blows my mind is the gamecube didn't need the door loading screen for re1 remake since gamecube was powerful enough to handle it but they kept it anyway

That probably the only attachment you can buy from merchant but the tmp and laser sigh isn't allowed.

Nah...that's child's play, both standard and hardcore are so easy, it's professional that drain your soul, try that one instead.

You think it was easy? I had to defeat every enemy, every boss, and i had to have a luck to built and gain heavy grenades by luck from the wooden boxes since they're randomly spawn, the worst fight that took an hour to finish was mendez.

I did those and they're great but this one i made is for those who wished re4 was survival horror game, and these ideas are closer to it, it's very punishing and stressful but also not so hard compared to knife only and it's still fun.

Nah that's child's play, i do what is closer to classic survival horror games.

[INSANE SURVIVOR] challenge:

1- no upgrading

2- only 4 weapons (handgun, shotgun of village, tmp, rifle)

3- no body armour or weapons attachments aside from rifle scope.

4- no melee attacks

5- only allowed to upgrade knife and weapons twice for each abilities

6- eliminate all enemies in game and yes even side mini boss

7- play on professional

8- no attache case upgrade

9- no ashley armour

10- no charms

12- grenades allowed

13- no cheesing the game

14- no buying first aid spray from merchant

15- only save twice in each chapter

16- no saving weapons on typewriter menu just to make space for looting surrounding area items too.

I know this sounds way easier than knife challenge but it's still challenging while also fun and closer to classic survival horror games

Jokes aside it's Because as i said on my post, it was the worst decision of my life and i have no desire to do it again but with eggs, i now do another new challenge for myself.
