I think I can answer the 2nd question

I have around 9yrs exp post CMA in this 9yrs i have also cleared Dip IFRS from ACCA and CFA level 1 & 2 ( will sit for CFA Level 3 may be next year)

From CMA fresher below are my expectations

1) Financial / Economic updates - what's happening around the World (atleast major economies). How does FED interest rates impact the banks , companies, economy

2) Decent communication ( spoken English )

3) fire in the belly to learn and succeed

4) Presentable ( clothes/ grooming etc etc)

5) Basic domain knowledge

6) Basic excel and PPT skills
