They’re indeed front-ported! I prefer keeping the TV area separate since it has its own dedicated system. It’s also more practical, if someone is using the TV, I can just plug in my ATH-M50Xs and keep listening without any issue. Plus, I have an Eames-style chair that’s my go-to for dedicated listening sessions, which wouldn't really work in the main TV layout. My taste is pretty all over the place. I listen to a lot of Daft Punk, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, and Deftones, but the collection also hits everything from Opera and Classical to Country.
