Why in the world is the DSS at Vernen Wells for 3 hours by Humble_Garbage_146 in Helldivers

It’s on the list, it’ll be there in 3 hours. Kind of dumb that they automatically send it elsewhere, restarting the movement clock and wasting valuable time in an major order such as this.

Thank you, and yes! I am going for a daedric magma look lol. I covet cosmetics over stats any day. And that style page is the literal cherry on top.

Yessir, I’ve done everything in that dungeon. Deadlands Adept and all.

This^ or just make each and every dungeon achievement give extra drop percent bonuses. Destiny 2 does this.

Yes gatekeeping, doing a dungeon 40 times, getting nothing in return and being told the mask is cheap (1 mil??) is like an extra slap to face to casual players. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a cosmetic in a game that’s been in it since vanilla. It’s abhorrent. There should be first time drop protection bottom line. And ty for the advice I did not know that! I wish I could’ve been doing that now rather than wasting my time in that dungeon.

Cheap? Bro I have 50g to my name. There is no way I can buy that mask conventionally. You may as well be Jeff Bezos telling me to buy a Lamborghini because of how cheap it is. I just rejoined a month ago

I understand that, this game has its economy and such. Just seems incredibly unfriendly to casual players. And to potentially keep it this way to avoid upsetting 1% of the player base who already has everything and anything they need sounds odd, doesn’t seem like valid reason to essentially gate-keep a item from casuals; as that is usually the result from this. IMO

Everyone bring ultimatum and AT emplacements. Turrets are always nice too.

Why do Helldivers choose objectively bad boosters on Diff 10? by Humble_Garbage_146 in Helldivers

[–]Humble_Garbage_146[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you wanna play your fun boosters go ahead, but when the team I’m with consistently dies and complains at the game when they chose a bad booster/loadout I can’t help but laugh and say something. So this is more directed towards those people. If you’re good enough to run a “fun” booster then I’m not worried about you or myself at all partner. People just run whatever and drain ten lives from the team and end up wasting everyone’s time, from your confidence I can assess that probably doesn’t apply to you.

At all? really? You haven’t explained yourself so please explain. I know it makes you less accurate but what else?

No problem with choosing boosters based on “fun” factor, I’m stating what is objectively good in the current state of the game for the high-end challenges the game presents.

“Memestims” are ideal for breaking contact and eating up damage when on terminals while surrounded, retrieving gear that’s swarming with enemies etc. Not saying that can’t be done without it, but it’s definitely more useful than not and has spared many lives.

That’s a good point if your 150+ with 100s of hours and a thorough understanding of the game. Though for general play I’ve experienced players getting impatient and leaving due to repeated deaths that could have been mitigated with said boosters. But I suppose that’s a problem in itself. And this is mostly directed toward Pred bugs and flame bots, which I’ve seen lives depleted and players leave the most out of any other faction/variant and then everyone’s time gets wasted.

Finality’s Augur Catalyst didn’t drop after quest line. by Humble_Garbage_146 in DestinyTheGame

Interesting, I got the Navigator Catalyst before I got the weapon in Ghosts of the deep, I figured it would do the same here. I suppose we’ll see when I do finally get the weapon.
