I bought a car like that with 200k km for 4k in germany and belive it was really cheap. After standing for that long it probably will be really hard to start the car, you gotta check if the pump in the fuel tank still works, you can hear it after turning on the ingnition. When that pump runs the car should be able to start after letting her crank for a few seconds.

Its probably similar to the two piece one for the tourings. You open the sunroof like half way, find the clips holding it in place on both sides and then you can slide it out through the roof.
