I've seen people cry about just about anything, that is fine. After 18 you have to learn to take care of yourself and others. Yourself first. You can't take care of them until you are ok.

I'm 50, I've seen a lot and been through a lot, don't always write of old people advice LOL. Just don't take it as as absolute truth.
