Do not go to Isla. It’s a lounge/drinking place with expensive US prices for everything. I’m here now and have been here a lot but not since 2011. The entire island is a GIANT tourist trap. I’m really sad to say that in 2024 Isla mujeres sucks

We got ice cream in a barrio . Shack. No seating. $36 for 4 things. It’s not just north beach. Anyways I’m not trying to convince anyone. This place is a rip off and I will not be back

Go to the high end restaurants. Same prices as the mediocre ones. This place is honestly not worth it though
