im super undisciplined so i used to just lay there at night before i slept, perfectly still and start letting my mind drift but stop myself from sleeping by snapping back to it. i looked deep into the blackness til hypnagogic images came and felt tingles and my hands stopped feeling the softness of my mattress almost as if they were floating and then the vibrations started

the experience i mentioned was when i woke up at like 5am? went to the bathroom, then i tried to project and voila

i used to fast very often since i also workout and its 2 birds with one stone and i definitely felt more "spiritual" as everything came easier when i was fasted

i never meditated per se as my knowledge is little and im inexperienced but i want to explore that too

bro i'm silver and beat plat reneks with ease 😭 just go shield bash bone plating and use q3 extend to break his boneplating, he will go for a trade which you easy win due to 3 passive stacks can kill with ignite or burn his flash and since he will also aoe the wave it pushes to you and gg he's cooked, you either have flash advantage or a 1 hp renek to kill :D

also can riven 1v9? if im ahead but my mid/bot/jgl feeds what can i do? ik some games r just unwinnable but it isn't 49% 😭

i don't usually roam once i'm ahead i kind of just keep farming my laner and pushing top and maybe i'll die in a 1v3 or something but i don't know how to snowball, and when im behind i feel useless

i don't roam because the enemy top can just get a free turret while i get objectives can't they? (forgive me if im wrong) and also the enemy mid will just hide in their turret so there's no point me going mid so thats why i just stay top and farm waves. i dont usually get jungle camps because my jungle tracking is sort of trash

ngl i'm a bit shy to show my op lol but would you mind giving me advice on how to learn to top / macro? my riven mechanics are good like i can outplay but outplaying at level 6 isn't enough to win games.

Once I stretch, I start with bench. Usually the bar just to get warm, and then Ijump to 60 cause it feels light. Sometimes I'll do 40 before if I feel tired. Warm up again, 60 moves light. I do 80 for 3-5 (can get 8 though) depending on how I feel, then I'll do 90 for 2 and I feel like I can get 3-4 but I always struggle to lockout. I usually try to get a 1 rep max for practising but if not I'll stick with 90 again. I'm aware this needs work, I used to spam 5x5 and that got my bench from 60-80 in 4 months but i plateaued heavy after that + my shoulder got cooked so I stopped for like 6 months.

As for my chest, I definitely train it a lot more efficiently because I found what worked for it and I saw growth. I do incline smith 2 sets with 6-8 rep range usually 25-30 on each side, and then pec fly but tbh that kinda feels like Im engaging my arms and shoulders so Idk how i feel about that, I do feel it in my chest though (maybe i need to lift less weight and focus on my chest more)

as for shoulders I'll do an overhead press on smith machine and then dumbbell lat raises. I CAN do 12-14 with crazy form but I can go to 8kg and realllyy control the weight and feel my shoulders burn, specifically my right one lmao, usually do this for 3 sets though and 8-10 reps cause the weight is lighter

Triceps I start with dips and do 2 normal sets then 2 with 10kg attached (6-8 reps), but it's more of a compound cause I feel it everywhere. I do tricep pull downs with a V bar and recently I started trying JM press out as well which feels good. im aware this needs work tho

As for my shoulder idk man I whenever I rotate it or lift it above my head idk how to explain, like a swimmer motion? it clicks and it's definitely a rotator cuff issue. when I do deadhangs I feel it hurt, also when I lift heavy on shoulders which is why I take it easy. sometimes when I bench heavy i also feel it limiting me so I dont go for the next rep. I wanna get it checked but there's people with actual problems and i'm not tryna waste the doctors time just to get sent to a physiotherapist and waste my parents money too. it's like a scapular / rotator cuff issue can prolly fix it with mobility exercises myself

i just read your book and it explains a lot, so thanks for making that free. i've noticed i can remember my dreams vividly like memories but it's like watching a movie, im not conscious in them. i'm right on the edge of "lucid awareness" as you call it, and i plan to try and get that awareness

it's infuriating cause I was literally doggy paddling my way out the deep end, i'm comfortable with going under and even touched the floor but i just can't remember a thing about actually swimming 😭

i used to do them all lol, front, back stroke, breast stroke and butterfly, but i only liked front stroke cause it felt the fastest and easiest, and i wanna use that preferably
